The Site
The hospital will be built on the TAFE site in the Bankstown CBD. It is about 600 metres from the station and Metro.
Health Minister Ryan Park said people in south-west Sydney had been “left waiting for six years”.

TAFE NSW Bankstown closed and enabling works began on site in March 2026, the NSW Government said.
