Men Wanted Over Queensland Woman’s Alleged Murder Believed to Be Hiding in NSW Bush

Queensland woman’s alleged murder : Police have revealed that two men sought in connection with the alleged murder of Queensland woman Chloe Jade Mason are believed to be camping in the New South Wales bush.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Codye Thomson, 29, and Kaine Thomson-Gleeson, 32, who are accused of assaulting and fatally shooting 23-year-old Mason shortly after midnight on December 22, 2024, on Railway Parade in Caboolture.

Following the release of their images last week, authorities now suspect the pair traveled to northern NSW in a white Holden Commodore.

Investigators suspect the two men are camping and are appealing to anyone in the area who may have seen them or their vehicle, a white Holden Commodore with Queensland registration 953 HO4.

“It’s evident these men have traveled a considerable distance from Caboolture, crossing the border, and likely interacted with members of the public along the way,” said Queensland Police Detective Inspector David Harbison.

I urge anyone in northern New South Wales or southern Queensland who thinks they may have seen these men or their vehicle to contact the police.
