$160K Toyota Tundra : Toyota has recalled hundreds of utes due to a fault with the reverse lights.
The recall applies to Toyota Tundra VXKH75 models — including the Regular, Limited, and Platinum variants — manufactured between 2022 and 2024.
A total of 831 vehicles across the country are affected by this issue.
Toyota Recalls Over 800 Tundra Utes Due to Reverse Light Defect
The recall notice states that a manufacturing defect may allow moisture to seep into the internal circuit board of the reverse lights, potentially preventing them from illuminating when the vehicle is in reverse.
Additionally, the rear-view camera could activate unexpectedly while driving.
The Toyota Tundra starts at a price of $159,990.

If drivers behind cannot tell that the vehicle is reversing, it may raise the risk of a crash, potentially leading to serious injury or death for the vehicle’s occupants or other road users,” the notice stated.
Toyota will notify the owners of the affected vehicles about the recall and follow up once replacement parts are available.
At that time, owners will be able to schedule a free repair at their preferred Toyota dealership.
