The late-night chaos of 3 a.m. painting is officially over—this year, The Block Season 21 has introduced a strict curfew.

In an exclusive video (watch above), co-host Shelley Craft revealed one of the biggest changes the show has seen in years.

Every night, all Blockheads and their tradies are locked out of the worksite, with access only resuming the following morning.

You can’t work around the clock. It’s not healthy for anyone’s mental health or overall wellbeing,” Shelley explained.
